Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit dine-growth.com (or dinegrowth.xyz, which redirects to it), contact us, use our AI advisor or reach us on WhatsApp. It is written to meet the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), as applicable.
1. Who is responsible (controller)
Dine Growth
Zindabazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh
Magdeburg, Germany
Email: admindinegrowth@gmail.com · Phone: +880 1713-301190
Represented by: Tareque Hassan
Data protection contact: admindinegrowth@gmail.com.
2. Visiting the website (server logs and hosting)
When you open the site, our server automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages securely: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referrer. Your IP address is also used briefly in memory to limit abuse (rate limiting) of the contact form and AI advisor. The website is hosted on a virtual server provided by Contabo GmbH, Germany. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting purposes.
3. Contact form and audit requests
If you send us an enquiry or request a free Restaurant Growth Audit, we process your name, email address, restaurant/business name, the selected service and your message. We use this data only to answer you, prepare the audit you asked for and, if you wish, a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract — and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Storage: enquiries are stored in a database on our own server so our team can follow up.
- Email notification via Resend: a copy of your enquiry is sent to our team by email using Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as our processor.
- Retention: enquiries are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact unless they lead to a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
4. AI Growth Advisor (chat)
The “Ask our AI advisor” chat sends the questions you type, together with the recent conversation, to an AI routing service (MiaRouter) which forwards them to third-party large-language-model providers to generate an answer. These providers may be located outside the EU/EEA and the UAE, including in the USA. The chat is not stored in our lead database. Please do not enter personal, financial or sensitive information in the chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your question on request) and, where you voluntarily provide personal data, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention by the AI providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp buttons are plain links. No data is sent to WhatsApp until you click one. After clicking, WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.) opens with a pre-written message, and any conversation is processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal). We use the messages you send us only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
Essential functions of this site do not require cookies. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (key dg-cookie-consent-v1) so we do not ask again; this is strictly necessary.
Only if you click Accept in the cookie banner do we load the following services (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG / ePrivacy rules). If you click Reject, they are not loaded at all.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA): measures visits, pages viewed and conversions such as contact-form submissions and WhatsApp clicks. Uses cookies such as
_ga. IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Ad features are disabled. - Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc., USA): measures the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads and records conversions (contact-form submissions, WhatsApp clicks). Uses cookies such as
_fbp. Meta may combine this with your Meta account data under its own responsibility.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; analytics cookies are then removed and the services stop loading.
7. International transfers
Some providers named above process data in the USA or other countries outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email admindinegrowth@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, uses a strict Content Security Policy, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
