Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of dine-growth.com (and dinegrowth.xyz, which redirects to it) and to services offered by Dine Growth, Zindabazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh and Magdeburg, Germany (“DINE GROWTH”, “we”). Our services are intended for businesses (restaurants, cafés and hospitality companies), not consumers.

1. Website content

Information on this website is provided for general information. Service demos are illustrative only: they use fictional data, send no messages, create no reservations and are not connected to real systems.

2. AI Growth Advisor

The AI advisor gives automated, general suggestions. Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on them without checking with our team, and do not enter personal or confidential information.

3. Free Restaurant Growth Audit

The free audit is a non-binding review of publicly available information about your restaurant (for example Google Business Profile, reviews, social media and website). It is free of charge and creates no obligation to purchase any service. We may decline or limit audit requests at our discretion.

4. Packages, prices and contracts

Package prices shown on the website are monthly fees in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), advertising spend and third-party subscriptions. A contract is only concluded once we confirm a written proposal or order. The scope, term, notice period, payment terms and any setup fee are set out in that proposal.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information, the access needed to deliver the services, and confirm that content, offers and messages sent to their guests comply with applicable law and platform rules (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp Business policies). Where we process guest data on a client’s behalf, a separate data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) applies.

6. Results

Marketing and automation results depend on many factors outside our control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific numbers of bookings, followers, reviews or revenue.

7. Third-party platforms

Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, AI model providers). Their availability, policies and approvals are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, branding and materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables created for a client are licensed as set out in the client’s proposal.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage arising from breach of essential obligations, and in any case to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law and place of jurisdiction are set out in the individual proposal or contract. Where none is agreed, the applicable statutory rules apply.
